The Bungalow, Church Lane Avenue provides specialist residential care for a maximum of two adults with Learning disabilities, autism and associated complex challenging needs. The property is located in a semi-rural area and consists of a detached bungalow and landscape garden.

 

The house exceeds the National Minimum Standards, by providing a functional and safe building design with neutral fabric with two full en-suites, a multi-purpose room, large kitchen, lounge and a landscape garden with its own vegetable patch.

 

This is a 24hrs service registered with the Care Quality Commission and uses an intense support framework in assisting residents in fulfilling their needs. The staff team consists of experienced multi-discipline made up of social and nursing background. In addition to mandatory training, specialist training is provided such as TEACCH and PECS to ensure the highest quality of care for service users.

 

The service is ideally positioned for local services and there is a wide range of facilities within walking distance plus easy access to public transport.
